Placing an Order
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email from us. We will not be able to make any adjustments to your order, once it is placed.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
If you prefer not to place your order online, you may contact us at (858) 454-7244 and we will be happy to assist you over the phone.
Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay. Your credit card will be charged when your order ships. No sales tax will be charged if we are shipping out of California.
Return Policy
If your purchase did not meet your expectations, please return for a full refund. The following conditions apply:
- Returns are accepted within 10 days from the date you receive your order.
- Returned merchandise must be new and unused, with all original tags attached. Footwear must be returned in its original shoe box and placed inside a box.
- Please, note we reserve the right to reject returns on damaged goods that do not pass inspection.
To return an online purchase, you must email us at store@sigislajolla.com to receive a return authorization number or click here. Please include your name, order number, and the item you want to return.
We will issue a return authorization number for you to place on the outside of your parcel. Once we receive your return and confirm its condition is acceptable, we will process your refund to the original form of payment within 5 days.
All sales taxes will be refunded, however, original shipping charges are non- refundable. You will receive an email notification when your order has been refunded.
Sigi’s cannot accept responsibility for any packages lost, stolen, or damaged in transit back to us. Please ship or mail all returns to:

In-Store Return Process
Online orders may be returned to our store. Please bring your item in with your packing slip.
Missing/Stolen Orders
If your order says it has been delivered but you did not receive it, please allow for a 2-day period as the package might have been delivered to the wrong address.
After the 2- day period, please contact us at store@sigislajolla.com for assistance to file a claim on your order.

Sigi’s Boutique is committed to the privacy rights of our customers while visiting our location and using our website.
It is our policy to only collect information that is relevant for the purpose of processing and we DO NOT, sell, trade, or share this information without the direct consent of the consumer.
Security
Our site has security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. All information is stored on our privately protected server. Credit card information is also encrypted during transfer over networks.
